Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Glow Studio purchase. Due to the personal-use nature of skincare, body care and beauty products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once a product has been opened or used.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be in their original packaging, unused, unopened and in resalable condition. Please contact Glow Studio before returning an item.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Where a product is faulty or does not meet the guarantees required by New Zealand law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as applicable.

To request a return

Please contact Glow Studio with your order number and details of the item you would like to return. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
