By purchasing from Glow Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products & Availability
We aim to ensure all product descriptions, pricing and availability are accurate. Products may occasionally become unavailable or sell out, and Glow Studio reserves the right to cancel or refund an order if an item cannot be supplied.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.

Orders
Glow Studio reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order where there has been an obvious pricing or product information error, suspected fraudulent activity, or where we are unable to fulfil the order. If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, an appropriate refund will be issued.

Skincare & Product Use
Product information provided on our website is general information and is not medical advice. Individual skin responses can vary. Please follow product directions and discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, please contact Glow Studio for personalised skincare advice.

Shipping & Collection
Shipping and Click & Collect orders are subject to the timeframes and conditions outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Returns & Faulty Products
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable New Zealand consumer law.

New Zealand Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986 or other applicable New Zealand law.
