Shipping & Click + Collect

Glow Studio currently ships orders within New Zealand.

Order Processing
We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Please allow approximately 1–2 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch. During busy or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery option selected. Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched and are estimates only. Delays caused by couriers are outside Glow Studio’s control.

Click + Collect
Free Click + Collect is available from Glow Studio in Upper Hutt. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before coming to collect it.

Orders will usually be ready for collection within 24 hours. Collection instructions will be provided with your order confirmation/ready-for-pickup notification.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Glow Studio cannot be responsible for delays or additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.

Missing or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact Glow Studio with your order number so we can assist.
